Liz Murphy Design is based in Sewickley, Pennsylvania and serves clients in and around Pittsburgh in areas such as
Beaver, Gibsonia, Cranberry, Wexford, Sewickley, North Hills, Shadyside, South Hills, and Upper St. Clair.
We provide the following services for all of our projects:

Initial Consultation
Our first step is to meet with you and learn as much as we can about your goals for the space, your desired style, to familiarize ourselves with your spaces, and to allow you to learn about who we are and what we do.
Agreement
Based on our initial meeting, we will prepare an agreement letter that summarizes the scope of the work and details our full design services as well as explains how our fee is constructed.
Site Investigation
Here we assess your current spaces and discuss the specific changes you are looking to achieve. We measure all the spaces to allow us to prepare base plans, noting existing conditions.
Schematic Design
Based on the information we gather from our meetings with you, we will present our ideas, floor plans, materials, samples, etc. to gain your feedback.
Design Development
Based on your feedback, we then refine our suggestions and incorporate your feedback into a master plan that includes a suggested project budget and sufficient information to solicit pricing from a contractor.
Implementation
With your approval, we then proceed to place orders for all materials and engage necessary resources to perform the work. We stay involved with your project throughout construction, expediting orders and working closely with the contractor and subcontractors to assure you of the highest quality of work.
